Trust & Safety Product Manager (Full Remote - Ireland)

📋 Description

• Translate safety policies, legal requirements (e.g., EU AI Act), incident findings, and user
• Own product side of improvements to in-house moderation systems, including proprietary LLM
• Lead the technical and product lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships
• Establish dashboards and recurring QA for proactive issue identification
• Own red teaming and adversarial testing for moderation systems
• Run T&S reviews for new features and material changes

🎯 Requirements

• Data-driven product decisions aligned with legal/ethical standards
• Understanding of content moderation and AI guardrails
• Experience with trust & safety and compliance requirements
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams, fluent English
• AI fluency and comfort with AI tools
• Autonomous handling of third-party partnerships
