📋 Description

• Drive local Personal and Road Safety improvements across markets.
• Analyze market-level safety trends and incident data.
• Design and implement targeted safety initiatives.
• Build relationships with NGOs, public sector bodies, and authorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Legal, Policy, and Ops to scale safety.
• Optimize incident management tools and processes.
• Conduct root-cause analyses of safety incidents.
• Roll out safety best practices across regions.
• Train local teams on personal and road safety topics.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in Ops, Strategy/Planning or Safety, ideally in gig economy.
• Experience or interest in Personal/Road Safety or Operational Risk management.
• Knowledge of Jira and Looker.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into insights.
• Proven program/project management experience.
• Experience building or scaling processes, policies, or programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages a plus.
