๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Serve as primary owner of complex Trust & Safety escalations from internal teams and external customers.
  • Resolve high-impact cases end-to-end with minimal supervision; own the decision, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and RevOrg to communicate enforcement decisions.
  • Use SQL and BI tooling (Looker, Snowflake) to investigate fraud trends across the marketplace.
  • Build dashboards and trend reports to surface active fraud signals and platform health.
  • Identify gaps in existing review integrity policies and drive enforcement updates.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Trust & Safety with scalable enforcement systems.
  • Experience with content moderation, policy interpretation, and real-time incident response; proven ability to own escalations end-to-end.
  • Strong SQL skills to extract and analyze large datasets and derive patterns.
  • AI-Literate with understanding of LLM-based and classifier-driven enforcement in production.
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex) and case management platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira).
  • Experience at a B2B marketplace or software review platform (nice to have).
