• 2+ years in trust & safety or risk role
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Investigative and analytical problem-solving
• Proficient in Salesforce or CRM systems
• High attention to detail and procedural accuracy
• Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments; navigates ambiguity
