📋 Description

• Review reactive user reports and proactive detection flags in Strava's moderation tool and
• Own moderation queue targets jointly with your manager, meeting SLA expectations across tiered
• Escalate edge cases, novel policy questions, and high-severity incidents (child safety, legal
• Contribute to compliance-driven review workflows for regulatory obligations including, but not
• Flag policy gaps, tooling friction, and recurring content patterns you encounter in daily review
• Participate in cross-functional efforts with Policy, Legal, Engineering, and Customer Experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in content moderation, online safety, or trust and safety operations in any platform
• Comfort regularly reviewing sensitive and graphic content, including harassment, spam, child safety
• Strong judgement in applying policy to ambiguous situations. You can reason through edge cases
• Genuine motivation for operational execution work. This role is heavily queue-based, and we're
• Clear, concise communication skills, particularly when escalating sensitive issues or flagging
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to involve others. You manage your queue
