📋 Description

• Lead program execution of assigned SOW
• Build and monitor project budgets and metrics
• Coordinate with Engineering Lead for resource allocation
• Interface with government authorities on contracts
• Brief leadership on contract health and risks
• Develop SOWs and cost estimates with engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in program or project management
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a matrix environment
• Familiarity with FAR
• Exceptional written and oral communication
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to brief executives and deliver presentations
