TUPE HR Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end TUPE processes across the UK/Ireland regions acting as the primary HR subject
• Coordinate and facilitate mandatory employee consultation processes, manage election of
• Oversee the collation, audit, and exchange of employment data, noting measures, and identify
• Manage sensitive transfer-related cases, pre- and post-transfer harmonisation queries, potential
• Build and manage relationships with external payroll providers, benefits brokers, pension
• Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits, terms and conditions protections

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of specialised HR experience with strong hands-on exposure to UK/Ireland TUPE regulations.
• Deep expertise of regional labour laws and regulatory frameworks in the UK and Ireland.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end business transfers, consultations, and managing complex
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, consultation, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom &amp
