Turbine Services Lead

📋 Description

• Lead field turbine maintenance, outages, inspections, and repairs at sites.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians, subcontractors, and teams.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet safety, schedule, and quality goals.
• Review work packages, drawings, schematics, and OEM docs before execution.
• Collaborate with the Manager to plan, schedule, and allocate resources.
• Maintain project docs, field reports, and quality records.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in Mechanical Eng Tech or related field.
• 5-7+ years turbine maintenance/outage experience with leadership.
• Knowledge of steam, gas, and combustion turbines, generators, and controls.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specs, OEM manuals, and work packages.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination.
