📋 Description

• Observe and support Math and Reading Tutors in virtual sessions
• Provide structured feedback and coaching to improve tutoring quality
• Plan and facilitate internal meetings and professional development
• Develop onboarding tools and training for new tutors
• Analyze tutor performance data to guide program adjustments
• Collaborate with Program Manager to set expectations and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of K-8 school-based experience
• 3+ years coaching teachers or tutors, school/district scale
• Experience delivering interventions and professional development
• Strong knowledge of elementary math instruction and literacy basics
• Data-informed instructional coaching with differentiating strategies
• Tech proficient: Google Meet/Docs/Platforms; AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT)
