U.S. Public Policy and AI Innovation Intern (Fall 2026)

📋 Description

• Support Washington, D.C.-based policy teams at the intersection of policy and AI innovation.
• Assist in navigating tech policy, regulatory processes, and develop AI-driven tools to enhance
• Collaborate with Legal, Trust & Safety, Public Sector Sales, and other teams on regulatory
• Help monitor U.S. federal, state, and local legislation affecting Cloudflare products.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in tech, policy, law, or related field.
• Interest in Internet policy, cybersecurity, privacy, AI, and technology policy.
• Experience with AI tooling or generation of AI-driven workflows; familiarity with modern developer
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities; ability to distill regulations into actionable
• Self-starter, curious, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication in English (written and oral).
