🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
8+ years in treasury/finance with 2–3 years of people leadership.
Proven leadership with metrics-based performance management.
Hands-on AI and process automation in finance or treasury.
Strong cash management, liquidity, and multi-entity funding.
Experience in regulated financial services (crypto, FCM, Nadex).
