📋 Description

• Design and continuously improve flight safety processes that scale with operational tempo, keeping
• Own and maintain the German operations manual and LBA authorisation, updating SORA assessments in
• Act as the primary point of contact with the LBA, in German, for authorisation matters, occurrence
• Conduct site recces and pre-flight risk assessments for German trial and demo locations
• Manage safety events locally: capture, investigation, corrective action and closure
• Deliver internal training and maintain crew competency records

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building or re-engineering operational processes in a fast-scaling environment
• Developed and applied flight safety expertise across complex, regulated environments
• Delivered compliance or safety management projects from initiation to completion
• Understanding of EASA Regulation (EU) 2019/947 and 2019/945 and their transposition under the
• Experience interacting with the LBA or equivalent EASA national competent authority
• Clear communication and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
