UAT – Stream Lead

📋 Description

• Direct the team of testers to ensure the quality of software products and the proper execution of
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate the testing team.
• Plan tasks according to the project's priorities.
• Evaluate team performance and identify training needs based on the Skills Matrix with quarterly
• Facilitate communication between the project manager (CP) and the team.
• Review team leave requests and validate them in consultation with the CP.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Testing, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Project Management, or
• 1 to 5 years of confirmed experience in UAT, team management, or operational management.
• Language proficiency: FR B2 / EN C1.
• General knowledge of Supply Chain.
• IT environment, general principles of system integration and testing.
• JIRA, SAP.
