📋 Description

• Search and recruit UGC creators internationally, mainly US
• Full lifecycle management of creator partnerships
• Brief creators, review content, provide feedback, ensure quality
• Collaborate with Creative, Product and UA teams on formats
• Analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize
• Participate in launches of new directions, automation and AI

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with creators, influencer marketing or UGC (6+ months)
• English at B2+
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication, attention to detail, responsibility
• Initiative, creativity and willingness to improve processes
• Basic CRM or Excel skills
• Interest in fashion, social media and digital trends
