UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Design, build, document, and maintain reusable components, patterns, and variants within our Figma
• Collaborate closely with the Product Designer to execute the design system strategy, including
• Support Product Owners throughout feature definition, by reviewing requirements and early
• Translate feature designs into clear and detailed UI specifications in Figma, including relevant
• Work with Product Owners to ensure designs provide sufficient clarity for development, while
• Participate in product design reviews and critiques, providing thoughtful and actionable feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, product design, interaction design, or a related
• Strong proficiency with Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, libraries, prototyping
• Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining reusable UI components and contributing to a
• Strong UI design skills, with excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of usability
• Ability to take early-stage wireframes or prototypes and develop them into polished, coherent
• Good understanding of accessibility principles and the ability to apply established accessibility
