📋 Description

• Set creative and technical direction for UI/UX initiatives, balancing exceptional visual design
• Lead a mobile-first design approach across websites, applications, and omnichannel experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with emphasis on interaction design and user-centered
• Expert-level proficiency in professional design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proven experience designing responsive mobile-first web and mobile interfaces, with familiarity in
• Strong portfolio showing experience in web and mobile design projects.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
