📋 Description

• Set creative and technical direction for UI/UX initiatives, balancing exceptional visual design
• Lead a mobile-first design approach across websites, applications, and omnichannel experiences
• Oversee scalable design systems, component libraries, Figma Variables, design tokens, and front-end
• Provide design leadership for complex e-commerce initiatives involving platforms such as Shopify
• Establish and maintain high standards for visual consistency, micro-interactions, motion
• Use data and customer insights to inform design strategy, identify meaningful opportunities, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within an agency environment, including
• Expert-level UI design capabilities combined with practical front-end development experience and
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, Variables, Auto Layout, design systems, and
• Solid understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and platforms such as Shopify and Adobe Commerce
• Deep knowledge of UX principles, user research, information architecture, responsive design
• Strong understanding of data and the ability to interpret complex datasets, extract actionable
