UI/UX Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product owners, UX, architects, and developers to turn research into design solutions.
• Translate prototypes into responsive, accessible front-end implementations.
• Apply Human-Centered Design throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define UI/UX standards, reusable components, and design system guidelines.
• Evaluate interfaces for usability and accessibility per WCAG/Section 508.
• Support Agile sprints with rapid prototyping and design reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of UI/UX design development for enterprise or government apps.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HCI, Design, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Human-Centered Design and usability research practices.
• Proven knowledge of Agile and SAFe delivery environments.
• Experience with usability testing methods (heuristics, card sorting, A/B).
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Storybook, Axure, Miro or similar tools.
