UI/UX Lead - GTM Tools & Systems

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain ongoing understanding of the needs of Sales, Channel Teams, SDRs, Sales
• Map critical workflows, identify friction and failure points, validate proposed improvements
• Lead the experience design of GTM tools and systems, including Salesforce Lightning pages, record
• Organize information about user roles, commercial motions, and decision requirements that improves
• Reduce unnecessary navigation, duplicate entry, ambiguity, and user error while maintaining
• Design cohesive experiences across Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Quoting Tools, customer portals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years professional experience in UX/UI design, enterprise application experience, product
• Demonstrated experience improving complex enterprise workflows in Salesforce Lightning and
• Strong understanding of information architecture, workflow design, prototyping, usability testing
• Ability to balance global standardization with regional, functional, product, and role-specific
• Experience establishing design documentation, governance standards, user guidance, and repeatable
• Salesforce Lightning Design System experience and familiarity with Salesforce configuration and
