Independently plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research across the product lifecycle
Set research priorities and methodologies for your product area in partnership with product
Recruit participants and moderate sessions with clinicians and other end users
Synthesize research data into personas, journey maps, and actionable insights
Own and evolve research repository
Build trust with users through empathy and active listening

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience in UX research with portfolio
Proficiency with research and collaboration tools (Figma, Dovetail, UserZoom, Optimal Workshop)
Expertise in wireframing and prototyping
Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods
Knowledge of HCI principles
Excellent English communication

🎁 Benefits

Base pay range $64,500-$86,000 USD per year
