🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design with a strong portfolio for web and mobile
• Experience designing UI/UX, ideally within Web3, fintech, or tech-driven industries.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into clear design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with product and engineering teams.
