UK - Account Manager (Sleaford/Anwick area)

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of the site, managing a team of 11 coordinators & recruiters and a
• Coordinate workforce scheduling to achieve 100% shift coverage and optimize labour costs.
• Oversee all aspects of recruitment activity ensuring recruitment sessions are scheduled daily and
• Ensuring all candidates are legally compliant and are inducted to the clients requirements.
• Responsible for leading recruitment campaigns to ensure a consistent flow of applicants. Including
• Ensure compliance across all site activity to be in keeping with our internal policies and ALP

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong industrial recruitment background
• Proven ability to manage and develop a large team
• Good understanding of UK right to work legislation & worker rights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
