🎯 Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in the United Kingdom.
• 4+ years drafting/negotiating tech contracts with Public Sector.
• Strong knowledge of public procurement and contract law.
• Experience with cyber security obligations; liaise with tech teams.
• Experience with UK, France, Australia, Germany legal systems.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business strategy.
