📋 Description

• Lead and drive energy efficiency, cost reduction and sustainability initiatives across UK
• Identify, evaluate and implement opportunities to improve energy performance and reduce consumption.
• Analyse energy data and performance trends, developing action plans to achieve energy reduction
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver energy-saving projects and continuous improvement
• Ensure accurate energy reporting, monitoring and compliance with corporate and regulatory
• Promote energy best practice and foster a culture of energy awareness across all sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Energy Management or a related technical discipline, or equivalent
• Minimum of three years' experience in energy management, engineering, utilities management or a
• Strong understanding of industrial energy systems and energy efficiency practices.
• Proven experience in delivering projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
