• Strong financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.
• UK/Europe compliance, payroll, and tax knowledge.
• Xero or similar software; Excel/Google Sheets; AP/AR.
• Ownership, accountability, and impact.
• Collaboration, influence across geographies.
