🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting (GTM/revenue roles)
• Experience with HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse
• Strong knowledge of UK/European labor compliance
• Data-driven with structured interviewing practices
• Ability to negotiate complex offers across regions
• Excellent stakeholder management and strategic sourcing
