🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM/R/SaaS environments
• Proven track record sourcing and closing senior commercial talent in UK/EMEA
• Expertise with recruitment tech: Greenhouse ATS, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong understanding of UK/European labor compliance and compensation strategies
• Structured, competency-based interview methodologies
