📋 Description

• Arrange and coordinate interviews for new starters, liaising with candidates and the client to
• Conduct interviews and assessments in line with the client's requirements and Job & Talent's
• Manage the full onboarding journey for successful candidates, including right-to-work checks
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process to minimise drop-off and no-shows.
• Maintain accurate candidate and worker records on internal systems.
• Ensure all new starters and existing workers meet right-to-work, DBS (where applicable), and

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in a recruitment, onboarding, onsite/MSP, or workforce management role
• Solid understanding of right-to-work and compliance requirements within the recruitment industry.
• Confident communicator, comfortable managing relationships with client stakeholders and workers
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage a high volume of moving parts (interviews, compliance
• Calm and resilient under pressure, particularly when managing last-minute shift changes or urgent
• Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal ATS/workforce management systems.
