UK Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the development of Waymo UK operations, safety, and policy functions.
• Act as the UK voice in global product roadmap discussions with executives and engineering.
• Report to the Director of Operations, Head of Europe Operations (hybrid role).
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to align growth with Waymo objectives.
• Oversee budgets, cost efficiencies, and leadership talent development.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior operational leadership in transportation or related field; 10+ years in multi-facility
• Proven UK market entry and scaling experience for large-scale operations.
• Safety, regulatory management, and governance experience with KPIs and governance structures.
• Technical and field integration experience bridging engineering/product with on-the-ground teams.
• Strong financial oversight and talent development capabilities.
