🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales coaching or enablement in high-growth/channel environments with proven metrics.
• Real field coaching experience with measurable impact on conversion, ramp or retention.
• Builder mindset; created programs from scratch and measured outcomes.
• Strong content design and facilitation; training Sellers actually use.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear frameworks for sellers.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Product and Marketing; data-driven mindset.
