📋 Description

• Full site management; schedule goods receipts and processing volumes.
• Budgeting and P&L responsibility; build strong, efficient team.
• Coordinate with suppliers to adjust staffing to demand.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Source consumables; negotiate costs.
• Set SLAs and track KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in warehouse/distribution with P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership; recruit, develop and manage high-performing teams
• Financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, vendor negotiations
• Excellent knowledge of WMS and logistics software
• Lean Six Sigma background
• Excellent communicator; strong organizational and analytical skills, fluent in English
