Provide excellent customer service on duty; assist with directions and information
Maintain front desk logs for people, property, and packages
Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as required
Monitor security cameras and patrols to deter theft and maintain safety
Respond to incidents and emergencies; document data for management

🎯 Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High School diploma or GED
Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Able to commute to Nashville, TN and surrounding areas
Able to meet physical requirements: lift 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, weather
Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
