📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff on duty
• Maintain front desk logs for people, property, and packages
• Control access for employees, visitors, and vendors
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; record incident data
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience as door staff or in receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant
• High School diploma or GED
• Able to obtain Illinois PERC card and state training
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Able to meet physical requirements, including lifting 50+ lbs and patrols
• Bi-lingual considered a plus
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
