📋 Description

• Work with Sales and Processing to review homeowner applications quickly and accurately
• Evaluate applicant and property info against underwriting criteria
• Review appraisal reports for accuracy and guideline compliance
• Flag applications with incomplete data or risk concerns
• Determine eligibility amounts based on analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete each review

🎯 Requirements

• Prior underwriting experience
• Sharp attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong judgment; able to make recommendations against rules and escalate issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business or finance
