📋 Description

• Make decisions on new unsecured personal loan applications using our cutting-edge credit decision
• Carry out an in-depth analysis of Open Banking results
• Assess customer affordability and ascertain their creditworthiness
• Shape the processes and procedures we use in underwriting to continue to make them better
• Review and evaluate credit reports
• Carry out Fraud and AML checks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a credit underwriting environment
• Target-driven with an understanding and desire to achieve our goals
• Commercial lending experience will be an advantage
• Experienced in working with near-prime lending, or a start-up environment would be a plus
• Compliant to credit policy and procedures and changes
• The ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
