📋 Description

• Underwrite new business and renewal accounts within territory.
• Manage an assigned book for profitability and retention.
• Develop relations with independent agencies across territory.
• Analyze account info and document underwriting decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Development for growth and service.
• Travel up to 50% for agency visits and meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in workers’ compensation underwriting, higher-hazard industries preferred.
• Agency/independent agent experience preferred.
• CPCU, CIC, or AU designation preferred.
• Strong MS Word/Excel, analytical and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, team player with strong relationship skills.
