Underwriting Analyst - Proprietary Lending Program

📋 Description

• Analyze borrower credit, third-party reports, and property data to assess deals.
• Conduct site inspections to evaluate collateral and income feasibility.
• Prepare underwriting narratives and cash flow estimates for large, complex deals.
• Present recommendations to the loan approval committee.
• Maintain communication with the mortgage banking network through approval and closing.

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth CRE underwriting knowledge, including cash flow forecasting and pricing metrics.
• Experience reviewing environmental, zoning reports, and appraisals.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• MS Office Suite proficiency, including Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 0-3 years in a similar role.
