📋 Description

• Lead regional Workers' Compensation underwriting operations to achieve profitable growth, strong
• Develop and execute underwriting strategies covering portfolio management, pricing discipline, risk
• Drive profitable new business production while maintaining renewal retention and underwriting
• Evaluate Workers' Compensation exposures, including payroll, class codes, loss runs, experience
• Ensure underwriting decisions comply with internal guidelines, delegated authority standards, state
• Develop regional business plans in collaboration with executive leadership and distribution teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Workers' Compensation underwriting experience with demonstrated expertise in
• Previous leadership experience managing underwriting teams, territories, or regional operations
• Strong technical knowledge of NCCI and state bureau regulations, experience modification analysis
• Proven track record of building and managing profitable Workers' Compensation books of business.
• Strong broker, agency, and distribution relationship management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze underwriting, actuarial, claims, and operational data to support
