📋 Description

• Support Commercial Property submission intake and related administrative workflows
• Document current processes, business requirements, handoffs, and operating procedures across
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, manual work, data quality issues, and opportunities to
• Assist with implementation and scaling of an external AI-based submission intake solution
• Track issues, action items, milestones, and follow-up activities to support consistent workflow
• Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate spreadsheets that support operating and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• An undergraduate education pursuing a degree in business, insurance, risk management, operations
• Graduation date in May 2027
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to organize details, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on commitments
