Support underwriting team with evidence requirements.
Track the status of applications and policies to ensure timely processing.
Liaise between agents, clients, policy servicing and underwriters; provide updates.
Address sales queries timely within agreed SLA.
Generate, analyze, and distribute MIS reports to management (productivity, quality, turnaround times).
Help process reinstatement requests; coordinate with underwriters and other teams.

🎯 Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years in Life Insurance Operations, underwriting support or policy servicing.
Education: Graduate in any stream; LOAMA/III certifications are an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Insurance Core Systems (PAS).
MS Excel, reporting tools and MIS dashboards proficiency.
Communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure, high-volume environments.
