Unified Communication Administrator

📋 Description

• Provide operational support and maintenance for global Unified Communications and Collaboration
• Support customers through tiered troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and scheduled or active VTC
• Utilize platforms such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Border Controllers
• Assist with developing training materials and SOPs
• Ensure patching and security compliance
• Support engineering teams with projects and specialized tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph, or TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph prior to starting
• IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent)
• CCNA certification
• Ten or more years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field accepted
• Network+ certification (preferred)
• ITIL Foundations or Agile Foundations certification (preferred)
