Uniform Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide daily uniform service: ordering, issuing, replacement, wear/tear control, cleaning.
• Maintain quality by enforcing standards and resolving issues; identify trends.
• Uniform stock management: regular inventories and tidy storage.
• Manage uniform database and compliance with employee status.
• Coordinate with Evolution Academy and HR to ensure uniforms for new hires and collect from employees leaving.
• Develop and deliver new uniforms: coordinate design, materials and testing sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Secondary or incomplete higher education.
• Fluent English and Romanian (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of project management basics.
• Experience with customer service principles.
• Strong business communication, sales and negotiation skills.
