📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the organizations that represent employees
• Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design the engagement strategy at confederal
• Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions where our
• Be the credible consistent Alan voice social partners recognise
• Be a partner to our teams serving large private employers and public sector clients, briefing them
• Introduce the right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, turning Alan’s ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations: in a union organization, a branch
• Legitimate credibility at federation level: ability to engage federation leadership as a peer
• Deep knowledge of the paristic ecosystem: branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection
• Proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
• Outstanding stakeholder management: calm, long-game, reliable, discretion, able to represent Alan
• Ability to translate Alan’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner
