• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with organizations that represent employees and
• Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design the engagement strategy at confederal
• Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions
• Be the credible consistent Alan voice social partners recognise
• Partner with Alan's Enterprise & Public Sector teams serving large private employers and public
• Introduce right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, turning ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations (in a union organization, branch
• Legitimate credibility at federation level, able to engage federation leadership as a peer
• Deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem: branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection
• Proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
• Outstanding stakeholder management, calm, long-game, trustworthy, discreet
• Ability to translate Alan's product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner
