📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with unions, federations, and structures
• Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design engagement strategy at confederal, federal
• Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès, and paritariste institutions
• Be the credible, consistent Alan voice social partners recognize
• Partner with Alan's Enterprise & Public Sector teams: brief them on social partner context
• Follow the dialogue at branch level and across the paritariste ecosystem to provide internal clarity

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations (union organization, branch
• Credibility at federation level: ability to engage federation leadership as a peer (personal
• Deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem: branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection
• Proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
• Outstanding stakeholder management: calm, long-game, trustworthy, discreet
• Ability to translate Alan's product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner
