• Promote a Manufacturing Excellence culture that and continuous improvement
• Conducting production meetings and sponsor morning TPC meetings
• Leading and managing projects
• Successfully meet plant KPI’s

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Production or Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or other
• Experience supervising/leading people and processes in manufacturing
• Glass industry experience required
• Proven management and continuous improvement skills
• Ability to collaborate with team members and supports employee engagement
