🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in talent acquisition with focus on early-career/university recruiting in Europe
• Based in and authorized to work in the EU
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong execution mindset and operational excellence
• Clear, concise communication with stakeholders
• Data-focused with experience using candidate assessment tools and tracking metrics
