• Co-design onboarding, orientation, and learning experiences for interns and graduates.
• Collaborate with Talent Brand to design campus branding and engagement.
• Advise leaders and maintain pipeline health; use ATS for accurate hiring metrics.

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally 10–20%.
