University Recruiter

📋 Description

• Build a talent pipeline by attracting engineering and technical students at U.S. universities.
• Represent SpaceX professionally at campus events and outreach.
• Manage high-volume intern recruiting with cross-team collaboration.
• Source candidates, including passive ones, to fill roles.
• Screen candidates with hiring managers and recommend interviews.
• Lead the offer process for approved candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's +1 yr recruiting, or Associate +2 yrs, or 3+ yrs recruiting in lieu.
• Experience supporting a large-scale university recruiting program.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Comfortable interfacing with director/VP-level technical leaders.
• Travel 30%, on-site in Hawthorne, CA; long hours as needed.
