📋 Description

• Support full-cycle recruitment for interns and early-career roles; sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Collaborate with teams to define role requirements; maintain candidate records in Greenhouse.
• Plan and execute campus visits, career fairs, conferences, and student competitions.
• Coordinate student engagements, including tours of Long Beach HQ, partnerships, and swag.
• Support intern program operations from onboarding to enrichment events and post-offer logistics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in university recruiting and early career hiring.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting: scheduling, candidate communication, and offers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication focused on professionalism and candidate experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% during peak campus recruiting season.
